Tasting and food pairings
This crémant has a fresh and vivacious style. Showing powerful aromas of red fruit (raspberry, redcurrant) and freshness with fine bubbles and a nice rosé colour.
Ideally for an aperitif but it will also match perfectly with desserts made with red fruits and chocolate.Press reviews

A fruit-driven sparkling wine with hints of dark cherry, raspberry, and herb, with complex floral notes, dark red fruit, currant, cherry, cranberry, and a dry finish with phenolic bitterness. (USA, June 2024)

The nose is dominated by toasted bread and fresh muffins. The wine has notes of overripe strawberry. This wine would accompany and complement any tomato based dish.

Pale pink, subtle, sophisticated and clean-tasting, this sparkling wine has an elegant vitality. It's made in Burgundy entirely from pinot noir and tastes very faintly of raspberries. Dry and delicate. (Victoria Moore)
